Máirtín Óg Mac Donnacha was the owner of two businesses, before losing them in the financial crash of 2009. Having lost his businesses he decided to reach out to a life coach for help, which made a great impression on him. He underwent training and became a life coach himself, working with Mind Over Mountains, whose aim is to help people to improve their life. There is a particular emphasis on outdoor activities, and Máirtín Óg has undertaken climbs to Everest and cycling across America in recent years. He discusses his life and times with Dáithí Ó Sé
