Hamza Yassin reveals hidden wildlife gems to be found in winter, travelling from the frozen Highlands of Scotland down to the quiet suburbs of Sussex. He goes in search of a bird that turns white to blend in with the snow and wild boars that have returned to Britain's forests for the first time in 700 years, and climbs a three-metre-tall scaffold tower to get footage of wild tawny owls
