He forages for golden mushrooms in an ancient rainforest before learning to make tortellini completely from scratch. Dermot also meets a Syrian refugee-turned-honey farmer who teaches him how to extract honey from the hive and shares traditions from home, including how to enjoy honey with strong coffee and a sweet dish called knaffe
