Part one of two. Behind the scenes at the chocolatier, from its inventing rooms and factory floor, to the cacao-filled tropical forests. The first episode focuses on one of the designers trying to get his first ever chocolate invention - a fiery chilli maple - into production. A plan is made to open a branch in Chicago, and an executive chef heads to the St Lucian cacao farm in search of inspiration for a new line of savoury pastries
