Final week continues with the four hopefuls asked to put their twist on a classic dish, with choices including beef Wellington, Sunday roast and a full English breakfast. Then the best three move on to the Chef's Table, where they prepare lunch for Alain Ducasse at his Dorchester Hotel restaurant in Mayfair, as well as four of his protégés - Tom Kitchin, Clare Smyth, Claude Bosi and Alex Dilling
