Kitty Fairy's garden is transformed into a fairy-riffic fairground for The Fairy Festival! At the festival, Gabby and Pandy meet an excitable little fairy named Luli-loo who joins them as they explore the festival. Luli-loo may not be the best at all the fair games, but she tries her best!
