The lads use different mustards to make a variety of dishes. Ruaridh is inspired by a Harris made mustard and asks Uisdean to make ice-cream, using the mustard. Uisdean looks back at a traditional recipe for flank with mustard, accompanied by Ruaridh's hasselback potatoes. Ruairidh also prepares a classic, chicken supreme and finishes off with a beetroot carpaccio
