Cameras focus on ex-pat chef Marc Fosh, who is on a mission to celebrate the best of Majorca's produce. The island has become a player on the world's restaurant stage, and Marc is the only British chef to be awarded a Michelin star in Spain. A seagrass called Posidonia supplies the seas with oxygen to support the abundant life across the Mediterranean, but boats that tourists like to use can damage the seagrass - leading the Posidonia Surveillance team to assess how the two can coexist
