In Our Blood: The Forever Chemicals Scandal
Documentary about the small North Yorkshire town of Bentham, which two years ago was recorded as the most contaminated place in the UK for PFAS - toxic so-called 'forever chemicals', some of which are linked to cancers and other serious illnesses. The film reveals the likely source of the pollution - a local factory that until 2025 manufactured firefighting foam - and follows residents and former workers, some battling cancer, as they undergo blood tests to find out whether the pollution in the environment has entered their bodies
