Gregor MacLeod meets the people and visits the places that provide the finest local produce. He begins on the Isle of Lewis where a local fisherman gives him fresh langoustines for an enormous, vibrant paella. He also visits a local honesty shed to pick up home-made raspberry jam to use in the most comforting way – jam roly-poly. Gregor also shares his recipe for fruit and nut crackers he likes to have alongside a selection of his favourite cheeses
