The chef journeys from Extremadura to Murcia in his vintage food truck as he heads out on Lake Orellena to discover secret spots that are best for catching crayfish. He also cooks up a celebration of an ultimate take on a crayfish cocktail. Tom's journey then takes him to Murcia, where local producer Shelley shows him what it takes to harvest the Piel de Sapo, a melon loved in Spain and gaining popularity in the UK
