Police are called to reports of an unauthorised car meet on the outskirts of Newcastle and after a car does wheelspins right in front of the officers. They quickly stop the driver, but he is adamant he's done nothing wrong, then admits to already having a Section 59 warning. Members of the public call in about a possible drink-driver who's all over the road, while reports come in regarding a stolen white transit van driving around west Newcastle and Jamie tracks it down to a housing estate, but the driver is cagey about his details
