An a warm summer's day, Croagh Patrick looks enticingly beautiful. However, climbing the 7kms mountain can be gruelling. Galway Mountain Rescue are on hand at Reek Sunday, the busiest day of the year. Cameras also follow members of SARDA and join the Mountain Rescue teams from across Ireland as they meet up for a national training day in Ballymacarbry Village
