Avid home cook Rebecca Uí Chonaola visits organic farmer Aonghus Ó Coistealbha in An Garraí Glas and puts together a Caesar salad with tempeh and some fresh lettuce. Back in the studio, chef Niall Ó Conchúir makes toasted rhubarb soup with tzatziki and rye and also rustles up a gratin prepared from roasted radishes and miso braised leeks finished with tofu and panko breadcrumbs
