Arun is incensed when a gang on the Bronte estate sets upon a young couple. He is then completely taken in by one of the local youngsters, who draws him into a trap that strips him of his dignity - and most of his uniform. Smithy sets out to trace the gang by way of Arun's stolen radio, and the crusading PC is shocked to discover who is masterminding the beatings and muggings - and is all the more determined to nail them this time
