When the new community library runs out of books, Mandy sends Norman and James on a risky journey to save the grand opening. / The Pontypandy Pioneers must make a cup of tea to earn a badge and a new Pioneer Vest, but Peter and Mandy manage to accidentally start a forest fire! / When beavers cause a power cut in Pontypandy, Norman suggests keeping Dilys’s frozen food cold outside, which turns out to be a very, very bad idea… / Mandy offers to look after Miss Pawdry, claiming that she’s great with animals. But the cat escapes and ends up in a basket drifting towards the sea! / Mandy and Sarah are making a film comparing dogs and cats, and the cats are clearly winning…until a kitchen fire gives Nipper a chance to shine!
