When Matt and his wife Karen arrive unexpectedly to visit his troubled brother Steve for the Christmas holidays, the blacked-out windows and odd atmosphere in his home leave the couple concerned. Steve repeatedly sees visions of his dead wife Sarah through television static while also taking disturbing phone calls from someone unknown.
