Francis and John Brennan are called to Hill House, Cashel, Co Tipperary, by Ray and Veronica Vere Hunt, dairy farmers who are diversifying to protect their family's future income. They're renovating a Georgian country house, aiming to create a high-end, boutique B&B. However, when a devastating fire causes havoc, the Brennans tell them to close down until everything is properly finished
