Cook and food writer Rachel Khoo visits the cool of Sweden's capital city to continue her culinary journey. Rachel visits one of Stockholm's hippest restaurants, where rump of deer is on the menu. Back home, she's inspired by Sweden's traditional cinnamon buns and bakes her own savoury Swedish buns as well as cooking venison steak with celeriac puree, pickled blackberries and carrot petals and a lingonberry and raspberry marzipan tart, inspired by the Swedish lingonberry.
