Part two of two. Mei Li reveals her life is at risk because she is a pro-democracy protester who organised a demonstration to free a political prisoner. Kit finds the arrest warrant for Mei Li, which states there is a bounty of $1 million for her capture, leading the team to wonder if they are looking at state-sponsored murder. However, the case takes an unexpected turn with the death of a second victim, while Burns reveals the identity of the dead woman originally thought to have been Mei Li. But as Nikki follows up further evidence, she soon finds herself in danger
