In East London, at Newham Hospital A&E, a man suspected of being intoxicated causes a disruption and shouts at the nurses, causing a delay for other patients. A homeless woman is rushed to the hospital's resus department, after she was found collapsed in the street. At Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital, nurse Rebekah deals with a man who has taken a cocaine overdose
