Cork City-based storyteller and retired schoolteacher Paddy O'Brien researches his surname. He begins his quest by visiting Dr Matthew Potter to talk about Florence Vere O'Brien. Paddy visits Dromoland Castle in Co Clare and in-house historian Dr Jane O'Brien tells him about the history of the O'Brien family that dates to the early 11th century. Paddy also visits O'Brien Tower on the Cliffs of Moher
