Rebecca Uí Chonaola accompanies Wild Food Mary as she picks a selection of wild fungi. This is followed by a visit to Joe in Garryhinch mushrooms. They specialise in exotics here and they have a wonderful selection everything from lions' mane, shitake and coral to various varieties of oyster mushrooms. Rebecca settles on a selection and makes an autumnal fricassee. Niall Ó Conchúir is back in the kitchen making oyster mushroom hand pies with beetroot ketchup and some boxty from Jerusalem artichokes
