Our Lives: Dolphin Town
Our Lives: Dolphin Town
New Quay in Ceredigion is home to the largest semi-resident population of bottlenose dolphins in Europe. No one quite knows why they come or why they return, but for decades, the town has adapted itself to their rhythm. The dolphins in New Quay's bay are its lifeblood, drawing in visitors, sustaining livelihoods and inspiring local pride. The community is united by its passion for these creatures and this documentary follows the lives of the people whose livelihoods are tied to the rhythm of the dolphins
Our Lives: Dolphin Town airs on BBC One Scotland at 10:50 PM, Thursday 17 July. (Subtitles, new, audio description.)
