A five-year-old Bedlington terrier, who has suffered a broken front leg three times in the last four years, is referred to Noel with another fracture in her leg. Elsewhere, beloved fox red Labrador Jethro has arthritic elbows, which have left him unable to walk properly and are causing him great pain. Noel uses a tiny camera to take a closer look at the joint damage and determine the best course of action
