First of a two-part story, originally shown to to celebrate 25 years of The Bill, filmed in London and Germany in collaboration with the cast and crew of German series SOKO: Leipzig. Working undercover as a cab driver, Terry is caught up in an international kidnap plot which forces the Sun Hill watch to work closely with their continental colleagues to rescue the goddaughter of a senior officer
