Nine-year-old Charlotte is so excited to get her first dog that she's jumping up and down in anticipation. Cavalier King Charles spaniel Lance seems to be the perfect companion. Self-confessed dog lady Jill wants to find a new pooch pal for her 'fur child', Staffy Dimity, who recently lost her doggy best friend. Dimity is depressed and Jill is desperate to see her wag her tail again. But when anxious Staffy cross Sainra enters the pen, she immediately looks for an escape.
