First Dates

'First Dates' follows singletons as they meet up for the first time with possible partners they have found on the internet. They get to know each other in a restaurant and at the end of the meal, they decide whether they want to take things further. If the answer is no, some of the unsuccessful men and women will appeal to the public to put themselves forward as their next date, meaning a viewer could be sitting opposite them in a later edition. The six-part series premiered on C4 in June 2013.
