Benidorm is Murder: Guest cast of episode 3 welcomes Irish cast including stars of The Clinic, and Mrs Brown's Boys
It's Murder in Henidorm this week!
Benidorm is Murder continues with episode 3, and a hen do which turns murderous – and you’ll recognise some of the famous faces in the largely Irish guest cast this week.
In Henidorm, we see a shy bride-to-be Leona celebrating her hen do in an Irish bar with her mum Tania, devout aunt Cora, and chaotic friend Chloe. When maid of honour Megan hijacks the mic, she unveils her big surprise… She’s booked them a luxury villa. However, when the others refuse to abandon their cheap all-inclusive, she storms off alone…
The next morning, a cleaner finds the maid of honour murdered alone in the luxury apartment. As Rosa digs deep into the relationships surrounding the victim, the investigation takes an unexpected turn, exposing hidden resentments, competing loyalties and long-held frustrations.
Dennis and Rosa are forced to question everything they know from the start. Has the truth been hiding behind a story that seemed obvious from the beginning? And will they be able to find it in time?
Here’s who plays who in the guest cast of Benidorm is Murder episode 3 on Channel 5.

Benidorm is Murder episode 3 cast: Amy Huberman guest stars as Megan
Dublin-born actress Amy Huberman, 47, guest stars as mouthy Maid of Honour Megan in the cast of Benidorm is Murder episode 3 (Thursday, August 06, 2026). But she doesn’t last long…
She is probably best known for her role as Daisy in the RTÉ drama series The Clinic, a role she played between 2003 and 2009. The show focused on the work and private lives of the staff at a busy Dublin clinic.
Amy has been on our screens since 2001, when she played Diane Collins in the Irish drama On Home Ground. She went on to play Ann Kavanagh in Dream Team 80’s, various roles in the comedy sketch show Your Bad Self, and Alice in Threesome.
Other notable roles include Sarah Poynter in Cold Feet, Tara Rafferty in Striking Out, Kate in Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope, and Gemma in the Anna Friel drama Butterfly. Derry Girls will recognise her for playing Jackie Charlton in the series 3 episode Stranger on a Train in 2022.
In 2018, she starred in Finding Joy, which she also wrote. The comedy series, which also featured Aisling Bea, ran for two series. More recently, she portrayed Orla Wild in Harry Wild, Showbiz Shirley in Small Town, Big Story, and Jackie Charlton in the film Fran: The Man. She also starred as Liz Maguire in the cast of the Robson Green Channel 5 thriller The Game.

The ‘awful maid of honour brilliantly played by Amy Huberman’
Talking about the guest cast of Benidorm is Murder, creator and writer Ian Jarvis told us how being in Benidorm helped form the characters. He said: “Every time I was there it gave me more rich material to feed into this murder mystery world. It’s been so much fun to tell stories that only really Benidorm can offer.
“There is a hen party episode with this amazingly awful maid of honour brilliantly played by Amy Huberman. Another is set in the stand-up comedy scene with an old comedy double act Half Rice Half Chips who have been reunited. Episode four is about a feud within the bingo world. And for six we have a good old-fashioned lock-in.”
He concluded: “I wanted everything to key into what is uniquely Benidorm. There are the all-you-can-eat breakfasts and the karaoke and the miniatures in the mini-bars and the music. We have yet to set a story on one of those Buckin’ Broncos that you get on the sea front but that is a big ambition of mine.”

Trevor Kaneswaran stars as Paul in Benidorm is Murder episode 3
Dublin-born Trevor Kaneswaran, 39, guest stars as Paul in this week’s episode of the comedy crime drama. Some of his fans might know he’s the older brother of singer Siva Kaneswaran of The Wanted. His Instagram account tells us he’s an actor, writer, singer, director, and electrical engineer of Irish/Sri Lankan Tamil descent.
Trevor has been on our screens since 2020, when he made his first TV appearance playing Josh Lowe in an episode of Doctors. He subsequently popped up in episodes of Penance, Line of Duty, and Redemption – each time playing a police officer.
In 2022, he starred as Frank in Bad Sisters, before going on to play Rishi Mehta in Riches, Matt Wilson in Clean Sweep, and DC Leo Naziri in Silent Witness episode Effective Range Part 1 and 2. More recently, he’s portrayed Sunil Baidwan in Murder Most Puzzling.

Ciara O’Callaghan plays Tania
Dublin-born Ciara O’Callaghan, 54, plays Tania in the largely Irish guest cast of Benidorm is Murder episode 3.
Fair City fans probably know her best for playing Yvonne Gleeson in the Irish soap on and off between 2009 and 2014.
She’s also famous for playing Mrs Taffy in Tales from Dún Draíochta, Nicola Patterson in crime drama Borderline, and Julie O’Brien in Striking Out. She’s been in multiple films, too, including Sherlock Holmes and the Baker Street Irregulars, and D’ Mrs. Brown’s Boys Movie, in which she played Irma Byke.
Mrs Brown’s Boys fans might also know that she portrayed a different character in the TV series, this time Bubbles McCarthy in a 2015 episode.
Since 2022, Ciara has portrayed Vivian Mitchell-Tiernan in the cosy crime drama Harry Wild.

Fiona O’Carroll guest stars as Cora
Irish actress Fiona O’Carroll, who was also born in Dublin, plays Cora. She is the real life daughter of Doreen O’Carroll and Mrs Brown’s Boys star and creator, Brendan O’Carroll. So it’s no surprise that she’s most famous for playing Maria Brown in the BBC/RTÉ sitcom. She has played the role since the very first episode, and reprised the role in the film.
