Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday July 29: Joe's mysterious family lunch sparks suspicion

Emmerdale spoilers for tomorrow night (Wednesday July 29) see a double-break in at Home Farm as both Serena Sugden and newcomer Steve continue to plot. 

But as their separate endeavours against the Tates throw them together in dramatic circumstances, will they be forced to cover for the other when Ross walks in? Will he catch them in the act? And just what is Serena actually doing anyway?

Also, Joe wants to have a family lunch. But the spontaneous nature of the the gathering makes everyone suspicious – including Graham. What does Joe know about Dawn and Billy? And just what is he planning at this awkward lunch?

1. Serena and Steve break into Home Farm

After raiding Home Farm last week and walking away with a USB stick, Serena finds out there was nothing useful on it and is disappointed. So she has to go in again determined to find what she needs.

But Steve is also ready to raid the house and get away with some swag. Steve starts grabbing what he can, but has no idea Serena is there too.

As the pair come face to face, how will they react?

And what will happen when Ross enters and they’re both forced to hide? Will either of them out the other? Will Ross catch them? And just what is Serena up to this time?

2. Joe’s lunch causes a stir in Emmerdale spoilers

Dawn and Billy are trying to act normal following their near-kiss yesterday and Dawn is still unsure how much, if anything, Joe saw.

When Joe calls an impromptu family lunch, even Graham is suspicious of Joe’s motives and he knows Joe better than anyone. Graham questions what he’s up to, but will he get answers? Is this about Billy and Dawn’s kiss? Or something else?

Joe, DAwn, Billy, gaby, Kim and Graham all gather in the Hide. But just how much does Joe know? And what is he planning to do with the information? Is Billy in serious danger? Or is it something else entirely going on? When will Joe play his trump card?
