Rolf Harris‘ public safety video about child abuse has left viewers of a new documentary about the paedophile feeing sick – and here it is in full.

A clip of the video features in new documentary Rolf Harris: Primetime Predator, which highlights his vile crimes and subsequent downfall.

Called Kids Can Say No, Rolf made the video in 1985 as a tool to alert children to the dangers of child abuse.

The clip used in the documentary shows a young blonde girl being blackmailed into going into a man’s house.

He tells her she can have an ice cream if they have a “bubble bath” together.

Ben Markham, Detective Inspector for the Metropolitan Police, is almost rendered speechless.

He says: “[Rolf’s] probably written that. He’s had say over that. And it’s disgusting.”

Here’s what else is in Kids Can Say No as the full video resurfaces in the wake of Rolf Harris: Primetime Predator.

The clip of the public safety film shown in Prime Video’s documentary, which landed this week, shows the same little girl lying in a bed after the “bubble bath” with the man.

She asks him: “Why did you make me touch you like that?”

The blonde youngster is told: “Because we love each other. It’s our little secret. I don’t want you to tell Mummy or anyone.

“If you do, I could go to prison. And it will all be your fault.”

DI Markham looks horrified as he admits: “[Bleep-ing] hell. It’s almost like a script that imitates real life. It’s disgusting. I’ve never actually seen that bit of it before.”

But there are other sickening scenes too. The video is actually 20 minutes long and begins with children as young as two playing together in the park.

Rolf’s song My Body plays over the top as kids sing: “My body’s nobody’s body but mine.”

Rolf starts by talking to a group of children aged around 5 to 7 about “yes feeling” touches and “no feeling” touches.

“Touching can be one of the nicest feelings in the whole world,” he says. “But can you think of touching that gives you a no feeling?”

In another role play scene, four of the little children are approached by two teenage boys. They blindfold one of the boys and lead him off to a hut in the woods.

Rolf tells the boy: “They’ll say that if you want to stay in the club, you’ve got to take off your clothes and play a game.”

The little boy says: “No, that’s not right, I don’t like that.”

Rolf moves on to tell the kids they need to “say no” if they are also touched inappropriately by an adult within their family.

The same little boy says: “I have a fired with a problem about touching. He told a teacher. But suppose grown ups don’t believe kids.”

Rolf says it is “a really big problem”.

“Sometimes grown ups just don’t listen to kids,” Rolf tells him “Or they don’t believe you and say, ‘Rubbish. How can you tell such likes, you wicked child’. But you’ve got to keep trying and keep trying until someone believes you.”

In a chilling moment, Rolf – who we now know was a paedophile – warns: “Sometimes people don’t act right with kids and they need help.”
