Remaining loyal to Megan, Will continued to tell the story that he’d been dating someone from Hull called Chloe and wasn’t in the hotel room on his birthday with Megan. But, with Will’s story being torn apart, the Driscolls suggested it was time for Will’s mum to get involved. Will’s been loyal to Megan (Credit: ITV) The Driscolls saw through Will’s lies Phoning Megan last night, Will was baffled as to why she was refusing to answer his calls. He then faced interrogation from his family as they gathered in the back room of the Rovers. They then quizzed him on who he was with on his 16th birthday. Maggie then shocked him by revealing that she’d spoken to Chloe and was told they’d broken up before the move to Weatherfield. Will suggested that she must’ve been lying, the Driscolls wondered about contacting Will’s mum Mel and also discussed convincing Will to see a counsellor to discuss his relationship with Megan. Ben then phoned up Mel and filled her in on what had been going on. He reassured her that she didn’t need to cut her holiday short though. If this is the case, the storyline could be set to get even messier. With Ben Driscoll and Steve McDonald set to be revealed as secret siblings, throwing Steve’s ex into the mix could change the whole dynamic yet again. One fan wrote: “Who else thinks Will’s mum will turn up,” to which another person on social media responded: “She’s called Mel but that’s all we know at the moment.” A third person commented: “What if she’s actually Fiona Middleton remember her from the 1990s?” And a fourth continued: “Probably given her a fake name because she was in witness protection or something!” But, is this just a theory?
