Profile of radio presenter and innovative TV comedian Kenny Everett, who rose to prominence after serving on pirate radio ships in the 1960s and was one of the first DJs on Radio 1. His ITV shows famously upset anti-permissive campaigner Mary Whitehouse, who considered the presentation to be vulgar. This programme features footage from his numerous TV chat show appearances in the 30 years before his death in 1995. Narrated by Tamsin Greig
