
Classic Emmerdale preview: Jasmine’s impressed by Belle’s talents, Perdy’s furious with Gray, and Chas in the frame
Jasmine’s unconventional teaching methods prove worthwhile!
Chas makes a mistake when it sounds like she’s guilty of murder in Classic Emmerdale episodes airing on ITV3 on Monday May 5. But has she dropped herself in it?
Elsewhere, Jasmine takes an unconventional approach to tutoring Belle and she can’t believe just how talented the little girl is at maths.

Perdy wants answers
Matthew makes the most of Perdy’s insecurities and tells her she needs to find out the truth about what Gray’s up to.
Unaware that Grayson is gambling at casinos, Perdy accuses Paul of having an affair with her husband. Paul denies everything and he and Perdy end up having a heart to heart.
Later, Paul confronts Grayson about the toll his lies are taking on his wife. But his words fall on deaf ears as Grayson instead berates Perdy for not being able to give him a child.
Hurt, Perdy slaps him.
Hari’s in trouble in Classic Emmerdale
Elsewhere, Hari’s bad behaviour comes back to bite him when Louise questions his motives and Paddy gives him an official warning at work. Paddy insists Hari makes things right with Edna, so he offers to reduce the bill.

Jasmine’s teaching methods are unconventional!
When Jasmine goes to tutor Belle, she finds her making notes on betting slips. So Jasmine takes the opportunity for an unconventional approach – teaching maths through horse-racing.
And the results are impressive! Jasmine is thrilled with how good Belle is at maths.
Kelly steps up her plan in Classic Emmerdale
Meanwhile, Kelly tells Jimmy that one of her breast implants has ruptured and he agrees to pay for surgery.
Her plan to bankrupt him seems to be working until he turns up with just half of the £30k she asked for. Seeing her disappointment, Jimmy promises he’ll have the rest by the following day.
Later, at the pub, Scott doubts Kelly’s ability to pull off the scam.
Is Chas guilty?
Elsewhere, Chas comes face to face with Rosemary at Home Farm and they argue. Rosemary points out that Tom banned Chas from his house and so she should leave. But when Chas snaps that she’s glad Tom is dead, has she just made herself look guilty of his murder?
Belle breaks down in Classic Emmerdale
At the Dingles’ Belle’s assessed by a home education psychologist, who’s hoping to get to the bottom of her disruptive behaviour. But Zak and Lisa can’t hide their disdain.
Later when Zak makes a joke about dying, Belle bursts into tears. She tells her dad that after Alice and Tom’s deaths, she’s been having dreams that he’ll be next!
Perdy lays down the law!
Fed up with Perdy accusing him of being with other women, Grayson finally admits he’s been visiting the casino with Diane. Perdy takes herself off to the pub and tells Diane there won’t be any more nights out!
