Classic Emmerdale spoilers: Emily’s settling back into village life and the Kings get bad news
Emily’s return is ruffling some feathers
In latest Classic Emmerdale spoilers for episodes airing on ITV3 on Monday March 17, Emily’s back to work and catching up with old friends – though not everyone is pleased to see her. The Kings get bad news, and Viv drops a bombshell.

Viv drops a bombshell
Viv is relieved when she’s told her contractions are under control, but she and Bob are still nervous that they could lose their babies.
She tells Bob that this is all her fault because she shouldn’t have got pregnant so late in life. And then, as Bob and Donna sit by her beside, Viv drops a bombshell!
Emily meets old friends
Paddy tells Paul that Emily is back and staying with him. Paul goes to visit, gives Emily his support and encourages her to stick around. But Debbie isn’t so pleased to see Emily and shouts at her for bringing Sarah back.
When Emily sees Sarah with Katie, she goes over but Katie warns her to stay away.
Classic Emmerdale spoilers: The Kings have money trouble
Elsewhere, the Kings meet with their accountant who advises them to sell one of their companies or risk losing everything. And there’s more bad news when Jimmy returns to the village with shocking news for Matthew and Carl – he’s determined to tell the truth about the explosion at the show home.
Jimmy sobs that they’re all murderers, while his brothers try to convince him they should finish the project.
When Carl has to cancel a date with Chas to deal with Jimmy, she and Eli sneak off to get drunk.
Emily goes back to work
Meanwhile, with Viv finally convinced that the babies are fine, she decides to focus on reducing her stress. She seems determined to sell the cafe and the post office, until Paddy has an idea. He persuades Emily to make peace with her former boss, and when she does so, Viv asks Emily to help out. Emily agrees on condition that Viv doesn’t sell.
Shadrach’s up to no good in Classic Emmerdale
Shadrach convinces Rodney to sell his car. He swaps it for an old van but he’s furious to discover there are chickens roosting where the engine should be!
Jo’s meddling – again
Elsewhere, Andy’s paranoid that Emily could take baby Sarah away again. Seeing an opportunity, Jo takes the chance to use his paranoia to make Katie feel less welcome at the farm.
