She has been pretending for months that the baby Sarah and Jacob think is their daughter is acutally biologically Charity and Ross’. Although that lie seems to be the one she is most comfortable keeping, what has now pushed her over the edge was her sexual assault by Dr Todd. But when she hears a rustling in the bushes behind her she starts and thinks someone is there to get her. It’s just a kind stranger though, who can see something is very wrong with Charity. She tries to offer comfort, but when she goes to touch Charity, Charity reacts and punches her. Charity is sorry, but the stranger doesn’t seem to mind. Instead she instinctively understands that Charity has been touched without permission before and that’s what the problem is. She tells Charity she can be trusted and encourages her to open up. So Charity prepares to offload at last. And by Thursday (June 25) she has come clean. But to who? And will Charity be able to fight for justice once the truth is finally out?
