Emmerdale: Joe clearly not talking to Dubai as eagle-eyed viewers point out he wasn’t on the phone to anyone
Joe faked his call to Dubai
Noah is planning a big move, with brother Joe Tate setting him up with a job in Dubai on this week’s Emmerdale. With his electrician’s business crumbling (thanks Joe!) Noah was all ears as Joe span stories of the glitzy life in Dubai.
Won over with stories of free housing, a massive salary and the Dubai sunshine, Noah was eager to leave the village behind. And his mother’s protests otherwise only seemed to make him more determined to go.
But is Noah’s job offer legitimate? Highly dubious, given that Joe wasn’t actually on the phone to anyone.

Noah’s job offer fake, say Emmerdale fans as Joe pretends to make a call
As Joe called his contact in Dubai on Wednesday, the camera zoomed in on his phone screen – revealing that he wasn’t calling anyone at all.
“Seriously, Noah needs to WAKE UP! Joe didn’t get you the job, he just pretended. The phone was literally blank, with no ongoing call,” pointed out one viewer on Reddit.
“This is why it’s hard to fault Charity for being overbearing. Noah can’t look after himself, he’d get a phone call saying to empty his bank account to get a raffle ticket and go “yeah alright sure”,” another joked.
Clearly, Joe’s not telling Noah the truth – but what does he have planned?

Fans predict Joe’s dark plan for Noah
Presuming Joe really does want to get Noah to Dubai, a number of fans have speculated that Joe’s planning on harvesting his brother’s organs when they get there.
“Joe wants Noah in Dubai as it’s prob the only place that will do any dodgy operation for his body parts,” wrote one viewer on X as Wednesday’s scenes aired.
“I wonder if there is something wrong with Joe that requires a transplant and he’s eyeing up Noah as a donor and wants to take him abroad for the op and away from Charity,” speculated another.
“Does Joe wanna kidnap Noah and nick a kidney or something worse?” asked a third.
What is Joe up to?
