Emmerdale spoilers for Tuesday: The truth about John exposed as Victoria learns a shocking secret

Emmerdale spoilers for Tuesday, April 22, reveal that John is exposed when Victoria finds out a huge secret. But will he manage to bring her back on side? Or will she tell Aaron everything?

Meanwhile, Billy gets the wrong idea about Ross and lets his fists do the talking, and Kim decides to end the war between Joe and Caleb.

Here’s everything that’s happening in Emmerdale spoilers for Tuesday.

1. John under pressure as the truth about Aidan revealed

Victoria has been determined to dredge up John’s past and invite some of his ex-army mates to the stag do. John was completely against it, but it didn’t stop Vic doing it anyway.

She meets Connor, one of the men John served with in Afghanistan. They talk about John, but then Connor reveals Aidan Moore is still alive. Victoria can’t believe it as Connor reveals what happened in Afghanistan and that Aidan is in a coma in hospital.

Desperate to uncover the truth, Victoria heads to Leeds and visits the room Aidan is in. Shaken, Vic leaves and returns home to have it out with her brother.

Vic tells John she knows Aidan is alive. He is agitated and doesn’t want to answer questions, but she pressure him to reveal why he lied. Desperate to run, can John explain himself or will Victoria wash her hands of him over this?

2. Billy attacks Ross in Emmerdale spoilers

After confiding in Mack about his marriage break-up, Billy is troubled by Mack’s suggestion Dawn is having an affair with Ross. Dawn has changed the code on her phone, which also rouses Billy’s suspicions.

Joe stokes the theory and Billy decides to confront Ross. It soon turns physical – just as Dawn and Clemmie walk in. Mortified Billy realises that Clemmie has heard everything and is devastated when she won’t let him comfort her.

3. Billy turns to Joe

With everything getting on top of him, Billy accepts he got it wrong. He then turns to Joe for comfort and gives him a hug. Joe feels guilty knowing he’s caused Billy’s pain. But he later reassures Dawn it’s for the best.

Billy leaves Home Farm a broken man.

4. Cain and Kim work together in Emmerdale spoilers

Caleb and Ruby are shaken when DI Roberts pays them a visit. But it’s just about a break-in at the depot. However Joe is right there to gloat about how nervous they looked, reminding them he could ruin everything with one phone call.

After yet another altercation between Caleb and Joe, Cain decides to act. He visits Kim and tells her they need to sort this. Kim then gives Joe some home truths and Caleb and Ruby are summoned to Home Farm.

Once there, Kim makes an offer to Caleb: the land surrounding the depot as compensation for what Joe did. She makes it clear it’s her final offer.

The deal done, Joe apologises and promises never to deceive Kim again. She assures him she knows he won’t cross her and vows to create an unstoppable empire together.
