In Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday, March 26, Joe Tate resorts to violence in order to get to Caleb.

Elsewhere, Steph opens up to her mum about how she can only see Anthony’s face when she looks in the mirror. Can Ruby help her daughter?

Here’s everything that happens in Emmerdale spoilers Wednesday.

1. Joe targets Caleb

Thanks to Manpreet, last week Joe discovered that Caleb is a blood match and therefore a suitable donor for a kidney transplant.

Having got nosey Ross out of the way, Joe works on setting the transplant plan in motion.

Caleb is unaware that desperately ill Joe has targeted him in order to steal his kidney. At first, Joe hires an accomplice named Gina to drug Caleb.

When this plan fails, Joe resorts to violence. He orders Shaun to stab Caleb and steal his car.

2. Steph considers plastic surgery

Steph Miligan recently discovered the truth about Anthony being her real father following his abuse of her mum Ruby.

Understandably, she has struggled to process this information, but she finally opens up to her mum about what she is feeling.

She explains to Ruby that all she can see in her reflection is Anthony. Ruby does her best to help her daughter and she hopes she has given her some closure.

But unbeknownst to Ruby, Steph is already looking online at plastic surgery options in order to rid herself of Anthony’s presence.

3. Elsewhere in Emmerdale spoilers for Wednesday

Cain was initially skeptical of Kammy, but he changes his mind and starts to warm to him after seeing his work.

Meanwhile, following Ella’s outburst where she revealed Manpreet’s secret, Nicola is hungry for gossip.
