Sketch, Lou and Jay, along with receptionist Paisley, deal with a stream of visitors to their studio who want their tattoos either fixed or transformed due to drunken mistakes, home-inking disasters, nightmare spelling fails, awful artwork or the dreaded reminder of an ex-partner. In the first episode, they attempt to save a wedding as Sam's embarrassing tattoo has earned him an ultimatum
