In the nutrient-rich waters off the Lofoten Islands, Lorraine heads out to sea on a 100-year-old fishing boat on a mission to catch her very own. Lorraine also discovers how the midnight sun helps extraordinary herbs, plants and flowers to grow around the clock, before returning in the darkness of winter on a quest to fulfil a life-long dream of seeing the Northern Lights
