The case of Rusty Sneiderman, who was shot dead in a nursery school car park moments after dropping off his youngest child in November 2010. Hemy Neuman was found guilty of the act, though some doubt was placed on Andrea Sneiderman who it was suggested had encouraged her work colleague - later found to be mentally ill - to commit the act.
