Emma Willis and Tom Allen host as former Strictly professional Karen Hauer, comedian Seann Walsh and five-time Olympic cycling gold medallist Laura Kenny go head-to-head in a three-way cooking battle for the last two places in the next round. With the help of their mentors, they have to produce food that provides healthy and nutritious benefits, with two of the stars facing the cook-off, after which one will leave the competition
