Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer head to Strathaven, Lanarkshire to help Frank and Wilma decide whether to sell their four-bedroom family home or invest in it to make it work for them. Frank is firmly on Team Love It, having raised their two children there, he is convinced they still have many happy years to come in the house, while Wilma is ready to sell now that their kids have flown the nest. Kirstie grapples with a poorly placed conservatory and a kitchen diner that struggles to fit the extend ed family in as she creates a plan to renovate while Phil is put through his paces trying to convince Frank to swap suburban life for sea views
