On the final night in and around Chelmsford, health centre manager Mia aims to impress her guests with some Iberian cuisine. NHS nurse Sam cannot make head nor tail of the menu, while vegetarian charity director Fran is worried that Mia could be serious competition as she's been very critical and given little away about herself all week. Vegan business owner Russ is intrigued to see if Mia can step out of the shadows and blow them all away with her food and hosting skills, while sales manager Elliot isn't convinced by the menu or the prospect of Mia's planned soiree
