Eight chefs have made it to the semi-finals. For their first challenge, they must create a dish showcasing the flavours of salt and pepper. Four of the chefs will automatically win a place in the next stage, while the others face an Invention Test where they must produce a plant-based meal to secure one of the last two places in the next round
