Further coverage of day four from the All England Club, where second-round matches are scheduled to continue in the men's and ladies' singles competitions. Eventual ladies' champion Iga Swiatek claimed a 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 victory over Caty McNally at this stage last year on Centre Court. There were also victories for 2022 champion Elena Rybakina and the then title-holder Barbora Krejcíková against Maria Sakkari and Caroline Dolehide respectively. In the men's competition, Luciano Darderi ended the hopes of British wild card Arthur Fery with a 6-4, 6-3, 6-3 victory
