Part one of two. Mulder and Scully search for clues to a series of mass killings in which UFO abductees are being burnt alive. A woman who claims to have been abducted by aliens several times may hold the answers, but her FBI agent son does not want her talking to Mulder and Scully. Krycek realises rebel aliens are behind the killings and tries to make a deal with the conspiracy
