Surrey Police are surprised when a learner motorcyclist pulls a dangerous wheelie on the road in front of them and, upon pulling over the biker, they uncover more violations. It's a day of action in Telford as the DVLA, local council and police join forces to rid the streets of untaxed vehicles. Enforcement officers Jo and Rowhan swoop in to seize a car that has been untaxed for 10 months, but the owner is keen to drive it away
