Highlights of the second leg of the Cymru Triathlon Series, amid the iconic Llanc y Llechi sprint race in the heart of the Snowdonia mountains. Swimming in the fresh water of Llyn Padarn, cycling up and down over Pen y Pas, and running the routes of the historic Vivian and Dinorwig quarries. Competing and raising awareness of the work of the Parkinson UK charity is Alison Donnelly from Dinorwig. Presented by Lowri Morgan and Gareth Roberts
